Coronary artery anomaly has been reported from 0.6% to 1.2% in routine angiographic series. Moreover, single coronary artery is one of the rarest anomalies among coronary anomalies. Although patients with coronary anomalies are usually asymptomatic, they may also be associated with myocardial ischemia, ventricular fibrillation, syncope, congestive heart failure, and sudden death. We report two similar cases of single coronary artery anomaly with right coronary artery (RCA) arising both from the proximal left anterior descending artery for proximal RCA and left circumflex artery for distal RCA.
